This is going to be a pretty gross story so stop now if you don’t wanna hear some gore. I’m sure there is lots of gore in store for this blog since we have two boys now.
Anyways…Charlie goes out to make the coffee this morning and realized Mia (kitty) was locked in the pantry. No biggie. She obviously didnt mind because it didn’t keep us up all night.
Well…there was good reason. I go in to make Will’s lunch, open the pantry and this awful smell takes over. My thought is, maybe something perishable was put there by mistake? I look around and my eyes go down……YUCK! Dead mouse. I won’t get into too many details, but I roll off and tell Charlie he needs to get in there. He about gags when he sees it too.
After it was already in a bag, Will wanted to see it and apparently was upset that it was missing something….
Charlie used so much OdoBan in there but it still stinks (oh and she peed in there too!)…anyways, I have a candle burning to help mask it. And it’s airing out (we left the door open).
YUCK-YUCK-yUCK.

I've heard that vanilla can clear out anything!! My mother-in-law recommended it when we had a gallon of milk spill and stay in the trunk of my car for 2 weeks. I thought NOTHING would get that smell out!! Then a few sprays of vanilla and it was gone. Every time I got in my car for months it smelled like cookies..hehe
