We have a kreuig coffee pot. We love it. There is no way on Earth we could live without it. Ever. In fact we just took it with us on vacation. Really. No joke.
So www.greatcoffee.com is where we order our never ending supply. We have a favorite blend that we order more than all others.
Just last week Charlie handed me a cup and I immediately asked what the heck it was. He looked at me like I was crazy. It was my usual, of course. Um.. No it was not. Was it?!
It was. I didn’t know it but he just opened a new box. We had 6. All of them from the same lot number. He opened another anyways and made another cup. Also gross.
Oh, boy! So what do we do with $xx coffee that taste bad? Well Charlie emailed them and said we what happened, gave them lot number on the box and asked to replace the unopened 4. We didn’t hear back.
We were leaving for vacation on Friday (less than 4 days? After the email) and there was a box. It had 4 boxes of the same coffee from a new lot. We made one. It was perfect.
How often do you get no questions asked service like that?? They have a customer for life in us.
