One of my favorite things about getting dressed is MIXING colors. Don’t be scared. I bought this limey yellow shirt at Target last week and I wasn’t sure what I was going to wear it with, but it was $6, so who cares. I could it wear alone with jeans and it would be fine. Right?!
I put it on and knew immediately I wanted more layers, it was cold outside. It’s been in the 40s here and I’m a Texas girl. Born and raised. I live in the sweltering heat. I complain about it but when it gets cold, I complain more.
I found this brickish-colored 3/4 length cardigan and decided – Why Not?! I don’t think I’ve ever seen these colors paired together but as soon as I put it on I though they looked great.
After roaming around Target for FAR too long, I happen across the new transition HOME line and guess what?! I’m not the only one that thinks the color combo looks GREAT!

I’ve been in this damn chair THIRTEEN years and I have yet to figure out how to keep my shoes from sliding – that and my drop foot is getting worse.
This was a FUN outfit and I it really just came together. I think my favorite part might be the long sleeve under the 3/4 sleeve with extra peeking out!

I’m loving high boots too! I found a pair or short boots with warm fuzzies in them too though!
