If you follow me on Facebook you may have seen reference to a weight struggle. It’s not really enough that you or my friends can tell, but I can. My pants don’t fit and there’s just “Extra stuff” that wasn’t there before. It is REALLY bothering me and I can’t get it off.
I don’t want to “Diet” but instead make healthy lifestyle changes.
My friend Michelle, encouraged me to try Shakeology a few years back and I did. Then I didn’t. Then I did. For the last 3-4 months I’ve been drinking it fairly regularly and I FEEL healthier. I haven’t lost the weight yet but I think that will come with the Exercise.
I’m hoping to incorporate Wheelchair Zumba, resistance bands and my friend Jamie for inspiration and guidance.
I am hoping to tone more arms more while I’m at it, too! Surely I can define them, right?
