I am a Stonyfield YoGetter and receive free product from Stonyfield and other fun brands in exchange for sharing my experiences. This post may contain affiliate links but All opinions are my own.
My boys are grazers, you know, kind of like cows. They don’t really like to sit and eat an entire meal at once.
To be perfectly honest, we had to buy a LOCK for our pantry. Don’t judge. The youngest was constantly getting something else to eat, even after a real lunch. Call it lazy, if you will, but I need a chance to get out of my wheelchair and relax my back. This is when he always decided to strike.
I’m serious when I say this kid was eating us out of house and home. I would buy yogurt drinks and they were gone in 2 days. Gummies? In maybe 3. Granola bars? Just as fast.
Thankfully, Stonyfield recently started making fruit snacks. Now when he begs me to unlock the pantry for a snack and he reaches for his 4th package of gummies, I know the Stonyfield Organic fruit snacks are a good choice. They are made with real fruit and vegetable juice and the size is (usually) just right.
My favorite part? I can actually identify the flavors, unlike the “other brands”. Hmm, is this blue one strawberry or peach? Yuck! Oh and the little cows couldn’t be any cuter! Now we just need to work on moderation.
Help!? How do you keep your grazers from eating their favorite snack up right away?!

Ha! Your son sounds like me. Fruit snacks are NOT safe in this house. Momma used to tell us as kids, “Don’t eat it just because it’s there!” I never understood why we couldn’t have one of each Little Debbie a day. My god, how are we still alive without diabetes? Glad they make smarter snacks nowadays. Yikes. haha

Snacks have to stay out of reach of the kids. They have access to very basic things like sandwhich supplies, but the fun stuff only comes out when a parent decides. A locked makes perfect sense.

I have not seen these snacks out yet but my kids are a little older and I have stopped buying fruit snacks. Wish they had these a few years ago.

Fruit snacks are loved in my household, but we haven’t tried this brand yet. It looks like it is worth trying because they actually taste like what they are suppose to.
