I’m on a big role of getting my house organized. I’m not going to lie, I won’t ever be a minimalist.
The idea of the whole Kon Mari thing is only keeping what brings me joy but there are some things that I just really don’t want to get rid of , ever!
I cleaned out a few kitchen cabinets and will probably have three contractor bags and a couple of boxes of stuff to donate to goodwill this weekend.
I also filled up trash bag with food we never ate from the pantry. I really hate when food expires.
We are planning to paint the kitchen cabinets within the next month so I’ll update the pantry and cabinets whenever that happens.
What are you currently using to organize your pantry?!

How on earth do you reach your upper shelves? We store seldom used things up there and then hope we can find a willing person to retrieve them for us. Recently we stocked up on dkw canisters to store our baking chips, nuts, milk powder, etc. They are available at the Container Store – good quality, seals well. And I see that you have 2 beverage dispensers – we just bought our 3rd one – shaped like the Eiffel Tower and has a really sturdy stand.

I don’t reach the uppers. I wait for my husband to get home or have one of the kids crawl up there.
